Personal data consent
The separate consent you give at registration and when you write in: what it covers, how long it lasts, and how to withdraw it.
1. Scope of consent
1.1. Selecting a separate consent control during registration or before an enquiry freely authorizes Kumo processing for the purpose shown beside it.
1.2. Consent does not replace processing needed for contract or law. Marketing requires separate, unticked consent and is not a service condition.
2. Registration and account
2.1. Email, technical ID, verification, sessions and security events are processed to create and protect the account, support login and recovery, and send mandatory service messages.
2.2. Operations include collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, authorized transfer, restriction, erasure and destruction by automated means and human support.
3. Support or sales enquiry
3.1. Name, email, company, project stage, topic, message and delivery data are processed to answer. Company and project stage are optional.
3.2. The form prepares an email in the User’s mail app; Kumo receives nothing until the User sends it. Delivered mail is handled under the Privacy Policy.
4. Duration and withdrawal
4.1. Consent lasts until its purpose is met or withdrawal unless another lawful basis continues.
4.2. Withdraw at support@kumorouter.com from the account email, identifying the account and consent. Send secrets or documents only through a separately offered secure method.
